Its now all but a distant memory......

A big thanks to all those involved in making the tour possible after a long and demanding organisational period. I'm sure all those that went to New Quay would agree it was a great success! We hope the players enjoyed tour and, again, a big thank you for the way you behaved both on and off the field - you were a real credit to the club. And parents ... you were pretty good too!!!

Tour Itinerary

Friday 26th March Departure Time: buses will leave Central Car Park 5.30pm – Do not be late..
Check in for those travelling independently is from 4pm

Saturday 27th March – There are no club planned activities during the day, however, please check with your team coach for any variations.
Saturday evening Fancy Dress – please see your coach for theme.

Sunday 28th March – Leave camp for Aberaeron RFC approx 10.15 - KO 11.00

Monday 29th March – Vacate accommodation by 10am.- 12:00 buses leave for home.

Please note:
Whilst we want, and indeed encourage everyone to have a great time and enjoy themselves, we would ask that you are mindful of other guests staying at the camp.

A substantial amount has been paid as a security/behaviour bond. If anyone causes any damage or a disturbance that the camp feel is unacceptable then they may be asked to leave. You will be responsible for making you own travel arrangements home. Other sanctions may also be applied to the individuals concerned.

Annual Tour - 2010 This season's tour has been arranged for Friday 26th - Monday 29th March 2010 at Quay West, New Quay, West Wales. The weekend coincides with the first weekend of the Easter School holidays.
Accommodation: 80 caravans, consisting of two and three bedrooms, have provionally been reserved at Haven's Quay West Holiday Park. Please click here to visit w qwinpoolig ww.havengroups.co.uk for full park details.
Costs: Each caravan is priced at £135.
Travel: The bus cost is £15 per person. This has been subsidised by the Section to keep costs to a minimum.
Deposit: £20 per family is required to secure your reservation. Please see your respective coach/team manager for further details.
