Hi Everyone,
Please see below a 7-Step action plan for A Way Forward. We have set this plan to ensure we reach our goal of re-establishing a coaching and management team for the 2011-2011 season.
At this stage we have completed steps one to three. It is now vitally important we get your views. This can be done by either completing the form handed out to each player on 7/04/2011 or reply by email to u16s@llantwitjuniorrugby.co.uk
We can confirm the next full parent meeting will be held on 9th May, 7pm at the Clubhouse where we hope a collective agreement for next season will be established. If you are unable to attend but would like to discuss any rugby related matters please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please remember all your responses must be submitted by: 28 April 2011.

Once we have had this meeting we will draw up an agenda for the first Management Team meeting taking place on 13/06/2011.

Aim 1: Organisational Structure

Option 3 was elected. However, we need to establish how the involvment of joint training with youth squad will be planned.
Aim 3: Codes of Conduct
Was discussed but no decisions. The first U16s Management Team will progress with further discussions.
Any other business Burnham-on-Sea - Still no response from club's communication with Burnham-on-Sea. Alun Roberts / David Rees will approach LFRC to discuss further.
